Be respectful, be honest, don't surprise, be fair. Do we do this when communicating with peers and non-peers in the workplace? When we're having a conversation with our spouse or significant other? When talking with our children? When dealing with people in public places who might get into our space?<br /><br />Show us the way: We all lead (or not) by example.
