I didn't grow up with poet...I liked your post.<br /><br />I didn't grow up with poetry but the Arabian Nights and Grimm's Fairytales, among others, mean a lot to me now as they did then. These first three chapters were so rich. I wanted to talk about them all. But in the end, that story about Sonny made me cry the three times I read it so I thought I'd give it some light.
