First there was the Nashville Statement written
and signed by a group of conservative evangelical pastors and theologians. Then
came the Denver
Statement, written and signed by progressive evangelicals as a response to
the Nashville Statement. Now comes the Boston Statement, written and
signed by a group of liberal pastors and theologians. Jon Rourke at The

Madeleva Wolff (1887-1964) was a renowned medievalist who
left America to do her post-doc work at Oxford, studying with C.S. Lewis and
