He swears an oath,
he makes a promise,
an oath, a promise
given in his name,
because no one is
greater. The man
receives the oath,
the promise, and he
waits, patiently,
because he knows
they are good,
they will be made
good. The promise
would be realized;
the promise would be
obtained.
