  6. this morning i was thinking
that i am not a part of anything.
    feeling sorry for myself.
    and then
    here
    i was reminded
    that
i will not always see how i am
    part of
    something
    i will not always
    be able to feel it
    see it,
    or hear it,
    yet,
    i can
    know
    and remember
that i am part of something
in ways that i can't even
    imagine yet
    so
    i should suck it up
    and stop listening
    to such lies
