After Nehemiah 12:47
A portion is set
aside
for the singers
and
the gatekeepers,
a subsidy of
worship
a subsidy of
security
the singers
whose voices
move our souls,
hearts
upward
the gatekeepers
whose hands
protect our
bodies, our selves
downward
