After Isaiah 9:17 and Micah 5:2
A small town,
a village of no
consequence
or renown or
importance,
small among the
clans, but
it is chosen,
perhaps
because of this,
to confound
expectation.
From this
village
of no repute
will come
the counsellor,
wonderful
the God, mighty
the Father,
everlasting
the prince, of
peace
the shepherd
the one,
foretold,
and he will
reign
not just at that
time
but from that
time
until the end of
forever.
