After 1 Samuel 18:12-18
What happens when
the spirit, the anointing
departs? The knowledge
of abandonment,
the vacuum of absence,
the pain is loss all aching
to be filled, and filled
it is, with its opposite,
a curse, an evil spirit
taking control, control
of the heart. The jealousy
grows, the fear escalates,
anything becomes
acceptable to control
the fear, to tame what
is now seen as the enemy.
The spirit of light departs;
the spirit of darkness has
arrived.

When the spirit of light departs, only darkness is left. How right you are in this interpretation, Glynn. Blessings!
