Not a contract

After Exodus 6:1-8

Not a contract,

not an I do this

and you do that.

Instead, a statement:

you will see what

I will do.

Instead: a promise

without contingency.

I will bring you out.

I will deliver you.

I will take you.

I will be.

I will give.

Instead: a promise

forever.
