I watch the approach of Hurricane Irma like I watched the
approach of Hurricane Harvey – like I watched several hurricanes when I was
growing up. We thought we’d seen it all with Hurricanes Betsey and Camille. And
then came Katrina. And Harvey. This life we live is a fragile one.
The waning of summer is a good time for nature
